Will you be at the runoffs woth this book?
Remember the road racing course in Reading, Pennsylvania that was at the airport?
I saw at least one race there, but have no information.
Noticed it was not on the list.
It did exist and SCCA was there.
Looks like a nice book, but you are missing Bridgehampton, LI. Lots of cool history from there.
and Bryar although it’s the NASCAR deal now…
i think BH is a golf course now, but I can say I raced Formula Fords there and what a blast…
You are missing another 44 tracks from Long Island alone (Brooklyn and Queens)..
Long island has more history in motorsports and earlier then anywhere else.
As per your interest Pete, i seen you were looking for Roosevelt raceway and got caught up with the horse track…
You wanted pictures of RR, you need to go to Roosevelt field mall…..that’s your historic picture of that raceway
See the “long Island Motorsports Association” for a list of all the tracks, and then also see the link there.
